Yeah some great Jurassic stuff. I haven't messed with selling much JW stuff in the past - how does Jurassic World stuff typically perform?

I recently built 75938 Dino Mech Battle for personal collection and I must say...it is a ridiculous and wonderfully awesome build.

Raptor Escape was one of my best sets over the past few years. I bought a bunch at $10 each and sold them for $180 each about a year later. Current prices on Amazon are around $250. I know this is not a typical level of performance for the theme as a whole, but I think it has a lot of potential if you get the right sets. Couldn't tell you which of the current sets would be "the right sets", though. I don't think there's quite as much hype for them, either, after the second movie was kind of a flop (not financially, but critically).

If I remember right, the Raptor Escape had a very short production run.  Much shorter than all the other JW sets.  The Indominous set has also done really well.  However, LEGO has now released a new set with the same Indominous.  The JW 2 sets were on the shelf much longer than JW 1 sets.

Yeah, they seem to have been on shelves forever. Which makes me hesitant to grab more than a few. I feel maybe 75938 Dino Mech Battle will do good since it is fairly large and contains T-Rex + unique mech.

I was looking at the new Indominous Rex set and I need to correct myself.  It is NOT the same Indominous as the one LEGO released a couple of years back.  Same mold but different colored spots.

I think Doc Brown said, “Limits? Where we are going, we don’t need limits.”

Not quite a "daily deal", but I popped on my Discover account today and noticed the 5% cashback for Oct-Nov-Dec is Amazon/Target/Walmart websites. Make sure you activate that badboy and clear your balance. ;)
