I would think so for the Great hall as it was released in 2018 so likely it is EOL now.

Not sure on Clock Tower since it is from 2019.

    You have 60 days to use or lose the code. For the VIP Fountain, I just ordered some old Power Functions parts for the Rollercoaster I just received. I'll probably wait until August to cash in the VIP Lego Store and VIP Red Brick.

    Also the set is $5 cheaper at Walmart.
