Why yes it is. It doesn't even come up in a Google search, and I don't see any other retailers carrying it. I went through the 14 pages of Lego on Walmart and it appears to be legitimate. For those who weren't able to grab it on lego.com anyways, it's a decent find even without the promo or points. If it ends up being a good QFLL, that is. Can't decide if I want to buy another one or two.

Another store shows none in stock. I happened to be in said store. Found one on the shelf at full price.
