Cool. Grabbed one. Thanks for the heads up.

Are you guys trying to flip or hold? Seems like a decent QFLL if you can get 350 out of it. I think we're all wondering, not just with this set, but with all the restocks and how value will be affected.

My experience: Almost all of the larger sets are in demand. Modular, star wars, technic. I sold a lot of my inventory down to 1 or maybe 2 sets of each and I am still seeing strong demand. Just my 0.02. And with regards to this set I see 350 range as being the floor going forward. Very unique and my six children (all under 13) gave it the big thumbs up!

This was my first one so I'm buying to build it.  I might grab a few more to sit on for a while.

This is the exact discussion we are having over on the Quarantine Pricing board.  What to do about Treehouse and its intermittent in stock issue.

build and long term holds.  my nephews are going to love this.

also just curious to everyone I missed out on the Modular Diner and Garage.  Those are my last sets im going for.  Is that a pipedream?  have multiple alerts all over the net for it.  (sorry for the derailment)

I would get the Diner first, but neither is really "supposed" to retire. The Garage probably still has some time, I still need to get it myself. They will return most likely.

diner has been out for more than 2 yrs, whereas garage is only out for 1

Dang, there must be some good bots out there biting them up right away. This is the second or third time it's restocked since I started alerts on target alone. I might cave next time... Red card discount might be the best we get on this set. At the same time, it's relatively new and the falcon is still out behind it so who knows.

I'm in no rush on these. Too big a risk to gamble on a flip & it will be around.

I may be tempted to get a falcon once it's back.

Not this brand but similar, Briksmax on Amazon.  I believe they are all basically the same LEDs out of China, just different retailer.  I found these LED kits to be too much work (vonado, briksmax, lightmybricks).  I prefer the kits from Brick Loot.

I was adding lights to Ninjago City.  Briksmax had a a nice looking kit as far as what was lit up.  Putting it together was a nightmare.  So many LED wires to jumper boards daisy chained to other jumper boards and the pin connectors were soooo tiny I had to use a magnifying glass to see what I was connecting.  I broke a connector during the process which disabled the top half of the lights.  LEDs were not connected to the bricks and you have to tape or assemble the LEDs yourself as go, not at all fun.

Brick Loot LED kits come pre fabricated in the Lego brick (or bogus bricks brick) and are already daisy chained together.  Installation was so much easier and no magnifying glasses were needed.  The downside is the Ninjao City kit wasn’t as nice looking as the Lightmybricks kit.

Awesome thanks for the update that helps a lot! Ironically this site actually has a tab that sells Briksmax products, so definitely same supplier.
