Just a hunch. Most of the other sets from that first wave in 2018 are pretty much done already. The third wave is coming this summer. I’m hoping it’s done.

If there is another restock then it will probably go away this winter. If that happens then there will be more buying opportunity, possibly on clearance. Either way retirement is close, so the time to buy is now.

The Astronomy Tower coming out only helps Great Hall, because I'd say you can kind of have a nice Hogwarts setup without the other sets, but you can't have one without the Great Hall!
