Not a dumb question at all. anyone have any luck? I did notice in the reward center it says "NA" next to it.  It also says "NA" for the stranger things sketchbook. Maybe when the Not Available status goes away we can do our thing. I was trying to buy a few in-stock non star wars sets totaling around $40 but the mini droid commander  is not showing up in my bag.

I ordered a minifig, paid shipping and it was on the invoice email but not in the cart

I just placed an order and it was on the invoice email as well.  It was not in the cart.

Place your order using the promo code.  You can view the order in your order status page Once you complete the order.  There you will see it.  

Honestly I like how the VIP system and limitations work....gave us late risers and West Coast folks a chance

I was trying to figure out where Jaws came from, I think you might be onto something.

 

Didn't know this polybag was a thing till I saw the cheapest listing on eBay for $80! Immediately maxed out the limit of two and placed two separate orders for the two new chinse sets 80104 & 80105.

Promo code says applied. But item isn't showing up in cart. First time I have spent my VIP points since the new system. Is this how it works? Still nervous cause the order isn't showing up in my track orders and I have received no confirmation email for my order. I did get the email with the promo codes though.

It seems like, for this redemption, this is what people are seeing--no evidence that the polybag is being included. Once the order shows in your Orders on SAH, it should appear there.

I tried and could not get the code to add when I had the rocket ride code entered.

I tried and couldn't do it. I already have that space ride set, so I was much more concerned with getting the Mini Droid Commander. 

I believe the promo codes are only good for 1 physical reward per order.

So one GWP and then unlimited points for dollars, but not 2 GWPs.

Not only that, but I am pretty sure if you choose to redeem "$50 off online order" with VIP points, then THAT takes the promo code slot... therefore you can't even stack those with GWP codes.
