I think the sentiment is shifting from..."people needs things to do to overcome boredom", to "prices for all non-essentials are going to tank as this economy tanks"...hoarders will start fire sales soon....and 50% off will be the new 20% off for toys at retailers.

It's actually pretty amazing we aren't seeing more huge lego sales. There are brick and mortar stores that won't survive this...they should at least start unloading some inventory.

On the flip side a lot of their supply chains are disrupted. No incentive to quickly sell through at a further discount if you can't replenish.

Not necessarily, they're usually slightly better prices. As of this morning it seems as though you can no longer view the prices until you click each individual item.
