Should be, but not always.  LEGO Shop at Home had the UCS Snowspeeder @ $160 but the LEGO store near me would not honor that price.

now you can check store inventory with 2 options in stock and out of stock in any LEGO stores just type city name

Am I the only one who get an error message when trying to buy from S@H ? I have been trying from multiple computers & browsers, and always got "unexpected error" message when putting set in my cart.

Same. Have tried multiple browsers and devices, cleared everything multiple times. I was locked out from VIP weekend (one order then couldn't get in anymore) until Black Friday, and after 1 order have been locked out again. I have emailed customer service a couple of times, and while they did give me 650 points the second time, this hasn't resulted in any solutions other than "we are sorry". I will call today at some point to see if that gets me anywhere....

When I placed an order at LEGO Shop at Home just after midnight, I forgot to check if it got double VIP points. I got the email about double VIP points this morning. Anyone know if I'll get double? Anyone know where I can check to see if that order got (will get) double? The points don't show up until after it ships, and I'm curious.

The process I have used to get around the errors was to go to my lego.com profile page (https://identity.lego.com/en-US/profile) in a separate tab and forcibly logout. then go back to SAH in the other tab, reload the page so it knows i'm logged out, and add the stuff to the cart without being logged in. Then checkout as normal and log back in to complete the transaction. Rinse and repeat if doing multiple orders.

Placed my first order since 2015 on SAH last night when the Gingerbread went live.  Still have not received an email and it doesn't show up on their site either.  The charge/authorization does however show up on PayPal.  Is this normal?  Can I place another order this morning without worry?

It's been so long since the ban I'm not sure what to do . . .

Yes, you'll get double. One of my orders at the stroke of midnight showed double VIP points.

Yes, site is lagging badly in sending confirmation emails or showing order status, but it eventually does.

For those getting errors, I've been seeing those on and off after the Black Friday snafu as well. My solution is to:

1. Empty cart.
2. Log out (from all browsers/devices if necessary).
3. Open incognito/private window and go to lego.com.
4. Add everything to your bag.
5. Checkout.
6. Now sign in to SAH.
7. Checkout securely (even if using Paypal, don't Express Checkout).
8. Site should take you through shipping/contact steps instead of having them pre-filled.
9. Checkout (if using Paypal, select the "One-Touch" remember me)
10. Close incognito/private window, rinse, repeat.
