If Redcard doesn't give you the 5% back, those with Chase Freedom cards can link to PayPal and purchase online for Chase's quarterly cash back reward program. I bought Target gift cards online during the 5% off deal a month or so ago and this worked great.


Does this provide more than the usual ~1.5% back on the Chase Freedom card?

 

If you are enrolled in the Chase Rewards, they do 5% cash back on select areas each quarter. From Oct to Dec it's for these:

 

 

Ironic sidenote: Department Stores category does not include Target. But if you link your card to Paypal and purchase through Target online, it does work. Go figure.

I've ordered from them five or six times. They're legit, just be wary of the box description. They sell "brand new" and "like new" and "Damaged Boxes." The damaged boxes and brand new are as they're described, the "like new" are essentially without a box with bricks stuffed into a ziplock bag. 

They do a mix of brand new and refurb products. I've bought most of my Ryobi and Dewalt tools from them listed as "Grade A" refurbished, when they were actually just damaged boxes.

Yeah, I've ordered from Blinq dozens of times too and still got screwed.

Saturn V hasn't been on my radar until reading this thread. Is $102 on SAH a good price?

Slim pickings right now and full price on star wars Lego is not generally advisable.  BB8 is still shown at 30% off ($69.99).  I had considered Yoda for personal build even though it's full price because I'd get both promos and double VIP in the purchase of a single item.  Or, BB8 and find $30 more of stuff to add.

Yep, was looking earlier and don't even think I'm going to try for the SW Promo this go-around.

I've got to get the AT-ST for my son for Christmas, the promo will help lessen the blow.  Going to use one of the ideas sets (ship in a bottle or pop-up book) to round out the $100 to get the gingerbread house.
