I'll pay the extra 10 on each to avoid the crowds, wild goose chases and what not. Not everyone is seeing these at their local stores. Other thing to keep in mind... is just a matter of time before the other retailers price them to sell too. So buy accordingly.

Looks like nobody knows it’s good price I am here in Costco and for 15 min no one grabbed it

You only checked it four times? Try once more. It will be there.

My phone is possessed and like double, triple and quad posts.

But yes called 4 Costco’s. Haha

Since you're chillin' there at Costco....do they have any other LEGO deals to speak of?

Don't see the profit in it unless you're expecting to hoard away and sell for double in a few years. At that price is maybe a 7% profit before shipping and other fees are factored in if looking to fast sell.

If people are looking for a quick flip...this is not it. This set needs a little seasoning and marinade. It will be a winner....just not tomorrow!

I'm glad we all have different business models. Doubt this is a 2 year hold.

anyone know why lego has not ever done a ww2 range?

LEGO seems to be pretty anti anything military, war or violence from what I seem to remember.

They have had a policy against realistic violence pretty much since the beginning.  The original 375 Yellow Castle was yellow because they didn't want kids building tanks out of grey bricks.  They have towed the line a few times with marvel/star wars but it has always been in a younger fantasy way.  We will most likely never see WW1/WW2/Modern Warfare sets from LEGO....hence companies like Brick Arms....

It is a Lego policy that they will never produce any realistic warfighting sets or realistic modern weapons. As far as I know, this has been their policy since the company was founded. Although, they have stretched that policy a few times with different lines in the past 20 years or so with sets from The Lone Ranger and others.

Being retired Navy, I for one, would love to see UCS sized Navy ship sets. But those are only made by off brands and don't look very good for the most part.
