I've seen about 2 dozen Kmarts close in my time. As soon as the Store puts out that big yellow banner saying "STORE CLOSING", it's the same as posting a deal on Slick Deals: everyone from 100 miles around goes in to "save" (in quotations because Kmart sometimes marks items above retail prices) 15-20% and anything worth buying is gone within the 1st week. Appliances, tools and "good" toys are the first to go. I don't even bother going in anymore if the store is closing. YMMV

April 15, 20169 yr @Phil B I hate to say it but if we go back to your Inception thread, the last post besides yours ended late March. They must have had a mole here knowing we were onto something so they stopped the promos...well at least till May 2nd when our bucks expire I was just thinking about this yesterday...relatively frustrating, it's like we jinxed ourselves by actually talking about it. Sorry for the continuation of the OT...back to meager deals.
