I haven't done any deep digging, but a couple casual searches show that Target may have started some 15/30% off clearance in my region.

Yep, I saw another report as well.

Yes I saw some 20% in my area to select Friends, City and Unikitty.

Nothing got me excited with the recent WM clearance and prime deals.

People trashed me here 5 years ago when you could see everyone's portfolio in posts for mine being city heavy.  My city sets have mostly done well, and they sell very quickly during the holidays. I also know that they are usually being sold to the end user so I don't get any complaints about having a mint box or crap like that (even thou my boxes are in good shape).  The quality of the set is a big factor.  The current city sets IMHO are not very good.  Things like the last Airport Fire Truck, Dirt Bike Transporter, Cargo Terminal, Red Train, and Tanker Truck I made around 200% on and the little ones are easy to ship.

When you are selling $150 MSRP sets (like modulars) for $300 to $400, I feel you are more likely to get returns, scams, etc.  When you are selling $20 MSRP sets for $50, that risk seems to be significantly limited in my experience.  I've made a ton of money on stuff like cement mixer, garbage trucks, logging trucks, etc.   

No City for me - too busy stacking Orthancs and Fire Bikes.

Anyway, question time. On July 15th I canceled a seller's order because they wanted me to ship their item to globalshopex and have them forward it to where he lived, Chile. I said, "NO WAY" but in nicer terms. I already gave him a refund. Today I got the email that I had $63.25 in fees. That didn't seem right. I checked my orders and I am being charged for the canceled order(10266 Apollo Space Lander for $150). I already sent the guy the refund so how can I take this fee off my account? When the guy accepts the refund will this fee disappear? Will I be charged the fee but it will be added as a credit for the next billing period? I have been selling for a while now but this is my first cancelled order and I am unsure of what to do. I have been overlooking my fees and nothing is showing up in the payments or refunds sections. The fees are all showing up equal. Or am I supposed to be charged this fee and not get a credit and have to suck up the $15 loss? Any help is appreciated!
