First box; teh Fedex box was crushed on one side and ofcourse Lego packs the set with zero buffer on teh sides so the set box is likewise dented. Chatted w/ Lego customer service (LIsa) and set up teh return. She said I could keep the patch and GWP so i guess that was a win. 2nd box the fedex box was fine but the set got a dent in the middle of the top crease, clearly there was top of box pressure and the bubble wrap pushed against the GWP that pushed against the Lunar lander set. This one I will let go. SO I got a free set of patch and GWP. Exact same situation happened w/ the Ford Mustang...I sold the extra bummper sticker and keychain for $50 so I guess if LEgo keep using subpar shipping practices then I will keep getting my Lego purchases "subsidized". Anyone think this is shady?
