FWIW, I contacted Lego CS and asked to have it added to one of my orders from 4/6. They never asked for code (I had one), and they added it to my order after about two minutes in the chat.

It's live but as usual Target is not as liberal on the price as WM is so you have to pick and choose which ones have the best deal in conjunction with $10GC.
