Just got one for fun.  Will be first Nerf gun I've had that wasn't some kind of dart.  Growing up I had the classic "bow and arrow" style with those foot-long darts, those were awesome.  Had a few of the smaller ones with suctions.  Made a box with white toggle-style light switches to LEDs above each so when you shoot one it triggers the LED on/off.  I think the one in this post that I just got will be nice to get my 6-year-old out of bed from a distance while I sit in a chair in the hallway sipping my coffee

Yeah, which is what the normal was until a year or so ago when they dropped it to 1%.

Page doesnt load now.  The other day I went to a Target to find these and while to DPCI said it was for the Cherry Picker, in the store it mapped to the Naboo starfighter polly.

I can confirm the Cherry Picker for $3.99 at Target.com is actually the Naboo fighter polybag. I ordered a couple on March 17 and when I went to the store to pick it up it was the polybag.
