March 8, 20196 yr I just ordered Assembly Square. Oddly enough I was going back and forth with the London Bus. When I had the bus in my cart, there was no keychain, yet whenever I added Assembly Square it would show up (the keychain).

It is triggering with cart totals equal to or greater than the Mustang ($149.99), and that's why the London Bus alone ($139.99) isn't qualifying. London Bus + Benny's Space Squad only comes out to $149.98 and it's not adding, but you add something that's >$10 and the keychain is added.
