This was a very different year. Usually I can snag a few pallets between Sam's and Costco on 12/26, but it definitely looks like TLG took product back. One Sam's by me had me licking my chops for 2 weeks - They had the Medieval Horse Knight Castle and Hogwarts Main Tower for ~15% off for the past month and had 3 pallets on 12/23. Today they were all gone. Completely reset to lawn furniture and no toy section. Low low stock at Tar & WM. I literally came home with nothing. I checked 12/26 last year, and I spent $4700. Strange days.

    Walmart shipping and doing same day delivery from store has killed the 12/26 inventory and markdowns.

    Costco, at least this year, didn't have nearly the inventory as in previous years. We were sold out days before Christmas on most items.
