And check the contents asap.  Reminder I got hosed by VIP outlet a couple years ago purchasing a Haunted House 10273 just to open it a year later to build and found a bunch of bags of bricks from one of those Walmart Holiday Lego special boxes.

They are located in Bentonville, AR, so I am pretty sure they buy pallets of Walmart returns and resell them. Hence the chance of getting pasta filled LEGO set boxes ...

OOT, but Bentonville, AR is a pretty nice place to visit.  Free museums (Crystal Bridges, Walmart, etc) thanks to Walmart HQ.  Also, one of the biggest and CLEANEST Walmart I have ever seen in my life, unfortunately very few clearances

My old buddy Nate who deals with me in sports cards is a regional manager at one of the locations in either Bentonville or somewhere close in Arkansas.....People used to this with sports cards, pokemon, and other collectible cards

People would steal the packs and then fill them up with socks, pantyhose, and anything else u can imagine and return them to the store and get a Walmart Giftcard.......And then what happens...Rinse and repeat

Nate said they would get pallets and pallets of these resealed unopened boxes until finally walmart got smart and stopped doing returns on any sports or other collectible cards.....Some of the local walmarts in my region stopped carrying cards altogether

Nate said for fun one night at a company function him and other employees to prove a point opened up at least 100-200 of these boxes and u guessed it.....Everyone one of them were resealed

That's why I default to Retailmenot these days as they have no exclusions, but they do have a $50 limit on cashback...

Kohls has 25ish sets for 40% off. I also had a $10 promotional Kohls Cash in my account for Cyber Week that worked on Lego. Picked up the Boarding the Tantive IV set for $23.
