I got a $10 BB Certificate in my email this morning probably because I stopped ordering from them tired of getting damaged boxes and previously opened resealed returns. So I placed an order for local pickup and upon checkout there was something new to me, return restriction:

Last time I ordered from them they sent in in plastic bag. Walmart as well. You would think they would learn from all the negative comments they get, esp from Lego buyers.
