Thanks I got 3 cases of 8. The 4th case had four left and as soon as people started seeing me load my cart they came swarming like flies. I got a “these must go for a lot on Amazon” a few “is this a good deal”  and “call Mary and see if she wants one”, so I just left the other 4. 

Price was a little lower.

Funny. I usually wait till the isle is clear and then move fast for just those reasons, lol.  Most of the time people don't buy any, but they instinctively come over to see what I'm grabbing.

Are you guys planning on flipping those?  It's a great price, but they aren't scheduled to retire until 2027.

Our Sam’s Club doesn’t have any, they just clearanced out Scooby Doo sets.

I just went to my local Costco and they have bunch of Tiny Plants but the price is not marked $17. I think it was $36.

I neve purchased from Cosco before. Is it normal that different Costcos have different prices? What is the chance my local store would follow other Costco markdown? Thanks

My understanding is the 501st got extended 

 

I'm not a slave to the retirement list.  While I stay mindful of it, I have a really large storage space and my house and car are paid for so I can afford to take advantage of a decent deal without worrying whether it will sell in 6 months or 4 years from now.  At 63, all I have to worry about is father time catching up with me.  But, if he does, I won't be in any position to care.

Amazon is matching some of the sets in the previous post by using instant coupons.  For instance, the Clone Trooper/Battle Droid BP is $29.97 - $4.48 coupon.  And the beauty is that the coupons stack.  Not sure of the limit but I know that it is at least 10.  Again, not a super discount but a small one if you are stocking up.
