December 14, 20223 yr My Walmart doesn't normally have large sets such as Modulars but noticed a few months ago a sticker for the Boutique Hotel Today I picked up the Boutique Hotel for $170 and passed on Back to the Future for $170 and The Office for $100. Glad to see some of these larger sets in my area. Creator pirate ship shelf sticker was either $80 or $75 but out of stock. Noticed some of the same clearance prices that others have shared recently. Thanks everyone for sharing!
