target sales ad for tomorrow shows a BOGO 40% off on Classic, Friends, Harry Potter, Speed champions.  the ad says selected sets but the fine print seems to indicate that it is by theme.

Some in-store prices are good for doubling up discounts. 76904 is permasale at about $40. So almost 40% off with red card.
