Lego must be getting to the end of their supply on these. Especially given that some sets have come back in stock over the past week or so. Hopefully they dry up soon!

Do we know the limits on these? I've gotten 4 online and 3 in-store. Wondering what will happen if I buy another online...

In the fine print, the limit is one. In practice, they don't seem to enforce any limit. I have about 20 ice rinks and a good number of MBOMs.

I'm not sure if there is a risk of getting banned but my impression is that SAH has the limits on sets so bans are not a big thing at SAH. But others might have more to say on that issue.

Wow. That totally makes sense. LEGO Shop at Home never sends me more than 1 GWP. Subsequent orders show up without GWP

I often get more than one GWP at Shop at Home but it has to be in separate orders. Not sure why I get lucky and you don't. Would be interested to hear other's input on this.

Same. I've always gotten my promo items as long as they're in separate orders

Mine were all separate orders.

Weird. I've been buying from Lego for years and have never had a GWP dropped. I think I got eight of the GWP Diagon Alleys from LEGO Shop at Home. I usually wait until order is in warehouse or shipped before submitting subsequent orders.
