Is anyone else having trouble with orders from Target.com coming in damaged/poorly packaged/minifigs stolen and set resealed? Also arriving 2-3 weeks after ordering?

Since Target is now fulfilling online orders from available stock in stores, it is possible that they sent you a resealed set that someone returned to the store.  

This also explains the poor packaging and poor box condition. Online orders probably get the 1-2 stranded creased boxes that are ignored by regular customers

They weren't posted because they suck. They have hollow sections on the bottom that are the perfect size to get 1x1 and 1x2 plates stuck in.

Fill the crevice with hot glue. Problem solved.

I put clear packing tape across the crevices to prevent those pieces from hiding in there.
