December 13, 20196 yr For those who have been doing this awhile, what is to be expected after Christmas? How do the online clearances usually compare to BF and CM (and the occasional LL14!) Basically, I am trying to set spending expectations with my wife, so... any help setting a high enough ceiling is greatly appreciated!

They have some decent original Aliens productions. Sea of Sorrows was pretty great, including sound effects. At least around here it seems to.
December 13, 20196 yr I think the clearances vary from place to place. The Targets around me don't do clearance until after Christmas returns, which is around a week after Christmas. Walmarts vary from place to place, some are the day after Christmas, some a week or more later. I think it depends on the management. But as someone said, be prepared to do some driving. Get acquainted with the location of the price scanner as well. I find that my best discounts come after Christmas, but rarely on the sets that I actually want. From what I've seen over the last 5 years, the merchants are doing a better job of clearing things out prior to Christmas thanks to analytics. Edited December 13, 20196 yr by jivejong

They might have a red sticker, or it's in a clearance section. I often throw a bunch of different sets in a shopping cart, and go to town on the price scanner.

Targets and B&Ns near me start on the 26th... Walmart started around the first of the year last year if I remember correctly.
