Yeah, which is what the normal was until a year or so ago when they dropped it to 1%.

Page doesnt load now.  The other day I went to a Target to find these and while to DPCI said it was for the Cherry Picker, in the store it mapped to the Naboo starfighter polly.

I can confirm the Cherry Picker for $3.99 at Target.com is actually the Naboo fighter polybag. I ordered a couple on March 17 and when I went to the store to pick it up it was the polybag.
