I guess it could be. I really have no idea since I'm definitely not a regular Kohl's shopper (although my wife is!). I didn't ask or request the cash, it just printed out automatically and the cashier gave it to me. I questioned if I was able to use it on buying the clearance LEGO starting Friday and she said yes.

It’s hard to say really, but it does have the unique turtle head mold. There will always be people who want a complete set of the series.
