Shopping with my son and just walked up on 100 Buckingham Palaces (21029) at 50% off- $24.95.  Do I clean them out?

Tracker is showing 5 states at $24.98..if they were within 100 miles of me I’d be cleaning them out for the other Brickpickers and I around my area ?

My only hesitation is that they can still be had on amazon for 39.99...

You will pull at least 100% ROI in a year at 25$ buy in. Do it if you can afford it.

Do you have the space to store these for at least 1-2 years and the funds to buy them today? If so then do it.

If you hold, where do you think the price will be in a year?  (My guess is 3x min sale price, or $75)  Is there any other asset you could double a $500 investment in within 12-18 months?

Or you could flip quick to other BPer's, for a gain of $5-15/ea, either here, or on bricklink or ebay.

I'm small time, but I wouldn't hesitate to pick up 10.  If you have the cash available, and a wife that's on board with it, an arm sweep wouldn't be crazy.  Worst case, you can dump the lot in bulk on ebay or bricklink and break better than even.

My closest Target to work is laughably devoid of everything.

Some rural targets may have sets last until 70%, if you're in any major city even bad sets get cleaned out at 50% if not sooner.

Watch your Costco's if you have one.  Just picked up the last 4 X-Wing's at ours for $24

Next drop, if ever, will be 1-2 weeks out. By then there’s a high chance nothing will be left that are 50% off
