I added a Speed Champions set and input the code 20OFF LEGO, then clicked on "terms" for the code and it just routed me to the generic coupon page on TRU.com.  I added several sets already on sale from various themes and only Speed Champions are allowing 20OFFLEGO to stack, for me anyway.

I have found no list but have tried it on a great many sets, especially all high value ones. The only other that I have found it to work on is one of their exclusives,

This is not a complete or official list. Just those that I have been able to get the code to work on. They seem to be mostly Technic and City, but not all of them, as well as The Speed Champions. I was not able to find one Superheros or Star Wars that it works on. Check for yourself and you may find others that work too.

At S@H, you can now get the Ninjago Green Dragon poly and the Lloyd poly for purchases over $50.

TRU has vouchers for $7.50 off your Fandango purchase of tickets to the Ninjago Movie. There were no signs in the store but sets were ringing up with "Free Movie" as a promo. One of the staff said it was a voucher for each $30+ purchase. Didn't buy anything so didn't validate this promo.

Oh dear lord, here I was assuming Sunday. Has there been an e-mail to this effect or something?!

Hopefully this sale on exclusives will ring up in-store this week. I scanned a few at the price checker during last weeks 30% off sale and they did not.  I hate having to hassle with all the price matching to online prices.
