Read a few pages back. But you get another chance, I believe as of 12/4 Staples is doing another 20% off TRU GCs promo (details also a few pages back).

I see now, thanks. From the looks of the posting times, it wasn't available long the first time around.

maybe,  they are technically still doing it, but oos.  will have to see if they add more stock for 12/4 or if they just didnt plan well and the ad was already finalized.

Well the last two time Staples has sold discounted TRU gift cards, my orders were cancelled after I placed them.  I bought within the limits, but I guess they either run out of stock faster than they can update their website or they decide not to honor the sale.  I will probably stay away since they have been unreliable in filling my orders.  PayPal Digital Gifts on the other hand is awesome!

Amazon Prime - good decision to get for $100 a year? ....Im noticing quite a few deals are popping up as Prime members only....

Yes. It's not just deals but the free 2-day shipping is a huge incentive. Plus, there are other bonuses such as Prime Video, Cloud Storage, and others. Amazon is trying to position itself as nigh indispensable to the everyday consumer.

Tie/A-Wing was mentioned for TRU, also not a bad deal to do one of those with one Resistance X-Wing, that came to $108 before gift cards/rewards deals.

Not to mention I've had very bad luck with TRU when ordering multiples of the same set.  They like to ship one instead of two.

Absolutely...I was an early subscriber for 2-day shipping (only on some items) back when it was $79/year. Now it's $99/year for wayyyyyyyyy more benefits.

Same here.  I guess seasonal workers don't have to pass the math skills test before filling a position at their warehouse.  On top of that the replacement they sent me for the missing item was clearly a return with scotch tape over the seals.  Ugh!

Plus, the last several orders I've shipped out from ebay purchases I've been able to use recycled Amazon prime boxes.  Woo-hoo! "Free" shipping supplies.

How quickly do those Staples gift cards ship?....

watch out, it will drop to $1.18

$1.98 in my neck of the woods already (50% off). Supply is still plenty, however, don't think they'll last long.

Found a few deals at Walmart.com today...

21124 M.C. End Portal $32.82 (store pick-up only)

21306 Yellow Submarine $55.17

76037 Spiderman / Rhino $26.86  (Call-to-Check at LEGO Shop at Home)

75127 Microfighter Ghost $6.96 (store pick-up only)

75157 Cap. Rex's AT-TE $89.00

75149 Resistance X-Wing $54 (store pick-up only)

If there are still any sales at TRU.com for smaller sets (e.g. the half off dimensions), today might be a good day to get them (unless you want to use TRUST in store):

Oh and while on the subject of TRU, BOGO40% is still on - if you want the new Pizza Truck and Fishing Boat sets for personal build, they qualify and together they work out to $32 before tax. 20% off each. If you have TRUST today might be the day to get those 2017 sets if your local store has them in stock.

And for those of you selling Bionicle ... all Bionicle is 30% off, including last wave Beasts.
