Just like @exciter1, I'm close to their distribution center in Grove City, OH, and shipping from there is done by FedEx SmartPost (at least for smaller items). Oh, and nowadays using brown bubble-mailers :-(. My Speed Champions came with a slight crease (luckily they were for build purposes).
