Actually it does work.  I have always got 20% off for LEGO Dimensions items ordered through BestBuy.com.  I just placed an order with a combination of Level Packs, Team Packs, and Fun Packs and they all were discounted an additional 20%.

I am trying to buy some now and the discount is not there.

Really?  Are you signed in to your Best Buy account and have you tried to see if the discount applies for you on other games?  I signed up for Gamer's Club about 14 months ago so I don't know if it's something they changed for newer members or not.

Yup, it does! I checked out online last night with a cartload of them, and got and additional 20% off of them all. In store it should just take the discount automatically at the register, as well, when you give them the phone number associated with your GCU account.

This is an all time low on these.  The drawers are kind of big, so you will need to have a large number of specific part.  I imagine most won't have a problem putting them to good use.  I went in for two.

Problem identified.  I chatted with Best Buy.  Apparently my online account is not linked yet despite the fact I went in store and they told me it's all setup twice before.  Sorry about the confusion and thank you all for trying.
