I bought one and it let me use the VISA30 code. It used the retail price the meet the $150 qualifying price for the promo code, which was a nice surprise.

Yup.  1 per account.  Not sure how anyone can even get more than that on one order, or per account.  Doesn't seem possible.

yes wife has an account with a card.  same card account but promos usually work on both, since they are in different names.

Even at this price I cannot do it. It's just black and gray plates and bricks. Maybe I will kick myself if it retires at $500 or So.

This one deal alone basically paid for prime for the year.  Between the shipping, video and deals, I would be very upset not to have it.

Should be noted this only works with the Amazon reward visa, not any other visa
