Yes, they will. There is no set time table that I am aware of though. Check your store every other day or so if it's close by. You will probably hear about further markdowns here as well.

If a set is already at a decent price and you are worried about missing out then don't gamble on it and buy them now. With the current $10 off $50 coupons I have cleaned out all of my local stores of Poe's X-Wing and City Bulldozers. Both come out to 43% off after coupon which is good enough for me. I have been leaving all of the Naboo Fighters, Friends, Elves, Ninjago, Minecraft, Elsa Castles, Deep Sea Helicopters, and First Order Snowspeeders. If any of those make it to another markdown I'll consider them, but only if I can stack with a coupon or Senior Citizen Day discount.

Yeah I grabbed all the X-wings and several bull dozers.  Wanting to grab the additional ones but only if they further discount them

To go with your Train Station... Cargo Train 60052 has been priced at $159.99 at TRU.com for a while (though full price $199.99 in my store)... now it seems to have moved down to $146.99 at TRU.com (26.5% off)... a solid deal if you could get a 20% off coupon to stick to it (probably take a wink and a smile and a manager override to do that, tho).

Also appears available thru Sears Marketplace (via TRU) same $146.99... maybe use some SYW points, or coupons... can you do that?  I see an offer for $50 off $200 for a Sears Marketplace purchase in my inbox right now.

I generally avoid Chima like the plague for resale purposes... it's a cool set, though. Good amount of unique parts and the Chima figs are really intricate and fun. 

10% off general merchandise at Meijer this Friday and Saturday 

It was a $90 set and has been avail at <$45 for many months. There's 200+ sellers on Amazon now, and I bet a lot of folks who snagged these at $30 at Target/Walmart. Would you LOSE money at $40 on this, no, probably not - but I expect it will take a very long time to get to even break-even.

Compare it to the Mechdragon which saw similar pricing and availability, and it's been retired over a year and is still avail for $65 on Amazon. May take another year to get close to MSRP.

So, if you want it as a build/gift, $41 for a $90 lego set is solid. If you want it for investment, I'd stay far far far away until the price gets to $30. And even then I'd be hesitant.

Many Wave 1 Chima sets (retired approaching 2 years) are just now seeing their prices creep to MSRP, and only a few of the sets out of the line have shown gains at all. I'd strongly encourage you to put your investing dollars elsewhere. Really, that goes for the whole Chima line. Unless you're buying in at 66% off or more, I'd avoid.

The good news about real Chima is it's always discounted so heavily that China Chima can't compete.  That is of course also the bad news about Chima.
