I noticed no feedback in a year as well and I agree with caution but it's not as obvious a scam as some of them, so it's up to an individual buyer to decide.

I checked my target app. Looks like several of the earlier listed sets are going for 15% off at 2 of my local stores.

For example:

Space port for $101.99

I hope some amateur BPer doesn't swoop in too early and grab everything if it stacks with the 10 off 50 coupon.

It'll work online, too, though it says with some restrictions. There's an early ad scan here- http://www.totallytarget.com/2016/06/09/sneak-peek-target-weekly-ad-scan-for-612-618/3/- promo code LEGO. Some sets are priced lower online than in store right now- for example, Avengers Tower is $59.99 in store, but $48.99 online. 

Might work on clearance Avengers Towers. Won't help me any, but just pointing that out.
