Senior day was actually last Wednesday, so unfortunately the stars and planets have not aligned with this round of clearance, unless you feel like gambling and hoping they last until the next senior day in July. The current coupon does help though. I guess I know what I'm doing this afternoon and tonight.

June 7, 20169 yr Thank you for the heads up. My ShopKo had several on clearance. They only let me use the coupon once though and it is tied to your rewards account. Does anyone have experience with this being tied to their rewards account? Does it flag the coupon so you can only use it once or have you gone in later in the day and tried again and it worked again?

Buy some, go have lunch, then go back for more later. Senior day is nice because you can literally buy the whole aisle in one transaction and get an extra 15% off, no questions asked. The coupons require a little more legwork to use effectively You need to have a rewards account to use the coupons. If you don't have one it is free to sign up. Once you are signed up you will get the coupons emailed to you whenever they are available. You can print them off from there..

I was driving and multitasking with a shopko enroute way down the road, so I had to draw the line at reading the fine print. I just signed up to shopko last month and haven't had experience with the loyalty coupons. LegoJoey asked the question I was getting to in that, are there members who have actually tried to use the same loyalty coupon twice? You know, like the old style coupons TRU sends that are only supposed to be used once but can actually be used many times. So thanks LegoJoey, for your excellently worded question. Oh and....thank you too, pstebbing.
