HA! Phil B, you got the magic touch. I tried chrome, which told me to F myself, even after hard refresh. Then I tried FF after seeing your comment and hard refreshed that piece. BAM! Worked...Thank you for making me try harder...(Not that I could do that b/c I went every route possible) but it worked, so thank you ;) and thank you @Artlegion sorry to be so quick to dismiss. :)

Strange. I'm using chrome without any issues.
Glad you got one!

Well, if you sell for $90 + actual postage on eBay, you will lose $12 or so to eBay + PayPal fees (assuming TRS discount), and then another $3 or so for the shipping box.  So you might make $15 off your buy price of $60, when the set retires and if the replacement is significantly different.  City sets that aren't "unique" are usually a bad idea, even at 40% off.

I didn't say sell for $90 ASAP. It's just an example. I do not think this set will make hundreds of dollars, but I do not think people will lose money buying it at ~$60 dollars. I try to buy sets that I won't have to take a loss on and then let the big money winners find themselves. If everything you buy makes some money and some of those make much more then I think you'll be fine. You are more than welcome to stick to the big winners that clearly have unknown growth potential, but those types of sets generally must be purchased at near full price and the growth doesn't always pan out. It is like investing in low risk vs. high risk stocks. The police station is low risk at ~$60

Police Station at $60 is an absolute winner. I disagree about the profitability of City sets. Most of the larger sets do very well, especially at Christmas.

The right City sets outperform most exclusives and the turn around is 1-2 years, instead of waiting 4+.

And lower buy ins.

I like this Police Station's chances this Christmas if the other options are Prison Island and Swamp Police Station.

for example, the arctic theme

here is a RL big city example: bought last year fire station at Shopko for $45. built it, sold it a few months later as is, missing a few minifigures and sold it for $68. still made $5-$10 and kept the minifigures. so...police is pretty low risk at $58
