Yes it is an app for meijer called mperks and you load in coupons maybe like Kmart shop your way. It targets coupons sometimes but I think the 20 % off now is for anyone with the app

You can also access mperks through the meijer website.

Yes, meant to post earlier but the Meijer near me also had the Tower for 25% off but then another 25% off that and THEN another 20% off that with the mperks coupon on a marvel lego set. Plus I got another $4 off if I spent $35 or more. PLUS I had a $5 reward for spending $55 or more on Toys from a previous trip. PLUS they had monster mini figures for $2.99 a piece so cleared 10 of those out.  Got everything for $53 and change. 

However, left some ninjago marked down between 15-25% off but also had the 25% stacked - just couldn't pull the trigger on those though.  Maybe they'll go down to the 50% off that baschloinka saw.

Kind of love being in that magical land surrounded by copious Walmarts, a few Meijer, and several Shopkos all within an 1.5 hours drive. Not quite the Land Before Time that exciter lives in but still damaging enough to the productivity.

LAST Christmas I bought several of these at Walmart for $140, 30% off Clearance. I was hoping they knew something, and that these were do for a short run/quick refresh or something. What a horrible mistake I made with those resources and storage space. Both these trains seem to get decent discounts and markdowns regularly. Live and learn, I suppose. I leave them next to the EDBs.

They are $16 now (at least that's what the site shows), but 4 in my cart activates the $10 back on $45, a $10 back on $50 coupon, and a $5 off $50 coupon, for a total of $62.50 tax included, so ~$15.65 per unit. Oh, and $20+ back in points for the next purchase.
