Not sure if it's a regional thing, but my local Lego store has a bunch of sets for sale.  Some of them match what's on sale at LEGO Shop at Home, but there were some that weren't. 

Select Bionicles on sale. Skull Scorpio for example, isn't listed as being on sale at LEGO Shop at Home.  (20% off)

Not much in this sunday newspaper: target $ off, as mentioned by @brickolodon already and excludes Lego, but it perhaps YMMV in store, shipping material B2GO at office max depot, and reduced Lego Avengers game at best buy. And I found tons of MSRP minifigs of series 15 in several Wal*Marts and targets, which normally never have polybags or minifig bags and smoosched dozens of your favorites shark guys, queens, etc.
