Yes. The things that DID change are:

1. No more bucks earned on buying ANY Gift Cards (Ebay or other)

2. No more buying EBay GCs with Bucks Certificates (I used to do this to extend the duration of my EBay Bucks)

3. You _can_ still use Bucks to buy other GCs (TRU, GameStop, Bestbuy etc.)

 

Made just under $150 this last period. Hope they keep up with the selling periods.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well my Bucks turned out this quarter. Didn't expect the amount I got.

Will be buying something good with those.

I have apparently decided it would be fair to share my ebay bucks with ebay (1% for me, and 1% for them) - I hope that they appreciate it.

Still trying to figure out what to spend mine on.  Got just over $700 this quarter between 2 accounts.  I tried to do almost all my buying when they were running the 8-10% rebates.

Looking at posts, it appears that lots of people are getting the bonus offers - I would likely feel better about things, if they hadn't stopped sending me the bonus offers.

in the last quarter wasn't there a selling promo?  Anyone have a link to it, I swear I am owed some selling credits.

I was disappointed with my eBay bucks.  I get very little in the way of bonuses anymore.  I used to get them monthly.

On the flip side they removed the $5 minimum balance to get a eBay bucks certificate.  I just got $0.24 worth of eBay bucks in my email.. Yeehhaa!!!

There were two, one starting Mar 16 for 8%:

And one starting Feb 17 for 10%:

Absolutely - I assumed: a) frog was invited b ) frog got the two-sided invite (some here reported only getting the buying part of the promo).

Pretty sure you had to list your items within certain dates for the item to qualify for the selling credit.  I had listed items the day before the first offer went into effect and they told me they would not count and to relist them during the correct timeframe.  The items also had to sell within a certain timeframe as well. 

The selling bonus must have kicked in this morning, my account last night was off about $100 - thanks for the images!

There were a lot more then 2, I would say at least 4-5.  Several for 8% and a couple for 10%.  On the flip side even though they lowered the 2% to 1% they added the bonus to a lot of categories including automotive parts.

You are talking about promos for buying. There were only 2 promos for selling AFAIK, unless I missed some, but then those were also not mentioned here in the DD thread.

Worked for me last quarter, don't think they made a change in the policy since then.

Another ebay bucks question.  Just won 2 auctions from a seller and I am currently waiting for an invoice with combined shipping.  The seller doesn't have combined shipping setup with his account but in his auction it states add $3 for each addition item purchased.  My question is, do I have to pay before the ebay bucks promo ends or will I still qualify for the 8% back if the seller doesn't send me an adjusted invoice?

From the promo details:

Purchases must be completed during the Promotion Period and paid for with PayPal before the Promotion ends.
