I ordered pretty quickly and same here. Only 5. I also live close to the warehouse based on shipping times and it seems like sometimes they purposefully delay it so it doesn't get to my place too soon. 

32R6 for me.  4 came in a sealed case - first time that has happened for me from LEGO Shop at Home for an order of multiples.

Ordered 5 late afternoon on 11/28. Got em today 32R6 along with Nutcracker.

So this made it back up to $50 FBA yesterday, only for some undercutting yoohoos to bring it back down to $44 today.

Yes, QFLL are pouring in. But there is no excuse for listing your five at $47 when everyone else is at $50. That's eBay mentality...

And I think the sales rank is high enough that most of the riff raff will be out of here by next year. I'd guess $50 FBA again next Christmas unless they find another few pallets.

Yeah but free $1500 in profit if you moved 100 in a few days.  Just hypothetical of course.  You know from what a friend told me

my friends are losers.. they just cost me money and sell me fakes 

I'm actually pretty impressed that with all that extra inventory out there, it's only gone down $12 or so. I would have expected 24.99 or lower. Wish I had ordered more now.

Diversification - sold a few at 200% ROI to make the rest of them as good as free - will sell those when the price goes back up

Agree with this. I thought it would go down quite a bit more. They are a good hold I think.

I'm still getting $30 cash local pick up on these. I'm down to my last 8 and have pending sales on a few of those already. Wish I had more. One mom bought 5 at once, and didn't even ask for a discount of any sorts...

but we will be flipping re-released Nutcrackers next year,  well maybe this year seeing they aren't so special anymore either

FYI on the nutcrackers mentioned above ... they are freely available in the Uk still. This has been anything but a limited window promo despite what lego said. Most SaH stores have them for spend >£60

its a pity as the short availbslty that was promised hasn't  come to pass which means it will hurt it's value.

that was what the 2nd part of my post was referring to.  They weren't limited to the LEGO promotion this year like in the past which is taking it one step further then giving out and selling previous years promos throughout the following year.   Just keep in mind nothing is truly limited to a set time frame anymore and it will keep getting pushed further year by year like it has.
