Those freebies were nice to offset the cost of them big boys sets but now I'm not so sure . hopefully some nice discounts on ur regular sets to go along with the offer . yeah especially when sets like SC which are supposedly on way out sit there $63 off. Definitely takes away the freebie benefits.

The calendar also shows November 19-20 as Double VIP points and early access to Brick Friday offers for VIPs. So, you are correct.

I will be buying all my RO sets on the 19th.

November 7, 20169 yr I've been holding off on the Holiday Train, Caterham and Yellow Submarine in anticipation of this weekend - so at least three Snow Globes for me.
November 19, 20169 yr Author Brickset make quite an important point for resellers (taking into account recent events e.g Darth Revin). There is no year marked on the box so it could come back at some stage. http://brickset.com/article/24655
November 19, 20169 yr Yeah, I definitely made note of that as well. I'm pretty sure CSG and Gingy would also like to remind people not to be too greedy...

The value of the first issue drops this way or that - year printed on front or not. Yet they havent done remakes there and I think they wont start it, there are soooo many ideas for small xmas sets, it's like the last resort for TLG's formerly well-known innovative spirit...
November 19, 20169 yr Author I think it means if they have excess unsold stock they can put it out again like with Revan and not be screwed by an old box. That fits in more with the times.

Just producing less doesn't seem to be an option anymore.

November 28, 20169 yr Placed two separate orders for a T1 and got two snowglobes today Shouldn't be too hard to break even on the T1's.
November 28, 20169 yr Received 1 Snowglobe today and have another one incoming tomorrow. The going rate on Marktplaats seems to be 25 Euro as well. That's cash in hand and no costs subtracted.
November 29, 20169 yr Got a few of these so thought I'd build one with my boys. Its a great little set! Well worth holding for a year if people can I reckon.
November 29, 20169 yr Just got an email from Lego saying snowglobe is extended online only. Seems they overestimated demand this year
