  • Wow! Tons of new footage in this one.

  • Here's an article that contains the first look of the cast from the new STAR WARS: Rogue One. After reading the article, it made me think that we will see Darth Vader again...and the old X-Wing...a

Who? This guy?

The star wars fandom is filled with many of those type of guys. When the Rogue One plastic collectibles lists of figures and sets started trickling in, you'd think some of these people had to be talked down from the roof of a tall story building.

I think the high-res pictures leaked the other day do more justice to the u-wing than the early fuzzier ones. It also looks pretty good in the teaser and much more consistent with the look of the "traditional" ships like the a/x/y-wings.

I'm just wondering about the color choices (as usual). I guess the set is of a clean u-wing but I think it would have looked even better with a bit darker color scheme to give it that dirty space flight feel.

I agree. It's too white, but that's one of the minor pitfalls of lego.  The luggabeast is another example where the limitations of solid colors forced them to create a blue plate that didn't match the rusted look of the character in the movie.

This one thing that megablocks at least attempts to do by creating multi-colored bricks for the military vehicles.

DV made the trailer as expected as it was

Not for me, I want to see just a glimpse of him in battle.  The dude was feared across the galaxy, it's about time we saw why on the big screen.  If you've read the comic Vader Down, he tears through Rebel troops, I'd like to see some of that action.

Predict we will get a kinder gentler D V in the movie

Time to quick flip Rey's speeder

Whatcha mean?

I must admit, I had the same elated feeling, as I had during the force awakens trailer.  That was very very satisfying.

A 4 year old little boy sitting in the theater in 1977 would never have imagined this. At least this one couldn't have imagined this. I really cannot wait.

Nice.  We are about the same age.  I saw SW in a drive in theatre, and it was my first real memory of a movie.

I remember seeing episode 1 when I was 5 ;)

The inhale
The X-Wings deploying their wings
The U-Wing taking off
Her smirk
Flying upside down
The eclipse
The speech at the beginning
That SD coming out of the shadows
The music
The ragtag team
That robot
The "samurai" guy

Rocket to AT-AT's neck...  Looked like someone has been playing SW Battlefront lately [emoji6]

Or got some Intel from Hera's rebel cell
