    Looks like a product proposal, which just never got actually into production. Must be extremely rare, and therefore quite valuable amongst collectors!

    If you scroll down, you'll see pics, the first one you looks pretty much like the one you have. It says it was distributed in 1997 so made in 1996. The first one of its kind. Yours however has more 'options' so I guess it might be as Haay sugested a prototype or more of a 'employee thank you' gift specially created on limited production.

    The first ones were made by Crival , which is good. It's a swiss watch and no chinese stuff so it is probably good merchandise.

    I don't think it is easy to value this. I found 1 one ebay SIMILAR but not alike,
