LEGO Shop at Home has out of stock with expected ship date of 15 MAR 15 on the website now. Not sure if anyone else has seen this already. Keeping my fingers crossed because I've been waiting for one for a couple months.

March 15 is my birthday, and although I've been waiting on one from LEGO Shop at Home, going EOL would probably be a better gift.

Well, if Lego does actually start fulfilling backorders in the US in mid-March, it will be interesting to see the seal codes even though it appears the set is nearly done.

I was wondering this as well.  But, this didn't happen with the SSD last summer.  I think everyone in the US who ordered a SSD while on backorder received sets with something like 19R4 or 20R4 codes IIRC.  It was like Lego was reallocating US stock, but it just took a month or two.
