You can't have SW ships from different eras fight it out; you can cause a tear in the fabric of space/time with potentially catastrophic effects.  This is one reason why I avoid new trilogy stuff entirely...

Lol, I don't think my three year old know the difference yet. He just know they are planes or spaceships. Right now he's having the arc 170 fight the suv and speed boats from 60058.

I can't find it anywhere else. I didn't pull the trigger on more of the TRU.ca ones as soon as it came back in force in the EU market. I know that is no guarantee that it will return in to the NA market, but it seemed probable. I decided it was worth the risk to wait and try to nab a couple at double VIP or May 4th.

It is puzzling this thing has not even bounced anywhere except a couple of times early on at toys r us since it went from target and toys r us.

I have only picked up 2 with damaged boxes from my local Lego Store at a discount.

I'm wary of this one roaring back.

In the long run, I do think that the new UCS TIE Fighter will help this set.

Poe Dameron's black or orange Xwing will be the main focus.

It sure seems like that happens.

 

If true, that would indicate that an actual shipping date means they KNOW they have a batch coming, and then a "will ship in 30 days" indicates they THINK they'll get more, but they won't commit to it. 

 

Then even less sure is when it's just Out of Stock.

 

Even less sure is Sold out

 

Then the coffin nail (but completely obvious by the time it arrives) "Retired"

Exactly, the 30 days thing means nothing other than you've got your order in, and IF they get more you'll get them.

 

Except that many folks have said orders placed the day things come back into stock tend to get filled BEFORE those long reserved orders.

That's always been my experience: it's LIFO at Lego.

I've had one that's been shipping in 30 days since late December, 2014.

 

That's what's crazy about this set.  It's been virtually 30 days out for a long time now, yet they keep taking orders.  Either it's still a slow seller or they have a barge incoming.

I don't need/want/plan on ever receiving the one I ordered in December. It's kind of like a game I'm playing now... how many "your order is delayed" messages will I receive until "the end"?

I picked up 2x at local Lego Store. Seals are 43R4. They only had 2 more on the shelf and staff didn't think they were going to get anymore, and they didn't have any hidden in the back. Staff was nice enough to find best boxes for me as I called ahead to put a hold on the 2.

Could you share here or PM-me the location of those stores? I might want to call the stores nearby to try to get one. This is one of the exclusives risking EOL that I have completely overlooked. 

Still available without a delay on Australian LEGO Shop at Home. I've ordered one a week or so back I'll let you know seal date when I receive it.
