I just bought a bunch of 75099 Rey's Speeders from Costco which have been marked down to 12.97.  Grabbed 6 only but they had like a pallet lol.  This is west coast Costco price, not sure if East coast shares the same pricing.

  • There goes $1000 on a squadron of $39.97 tie fighters..LOL

  • Well there wasn't much left but still 4 demolition sets + 2 swamp set at 24.97$ each good deal quick to flip

  • Yup! A .97 indicates final clearance and A .79 indicates a special price from the supplier. These were at 119.79 last week, and now they are 99.97, so it is safe say this set is at EOL

He's only taking one back. We're all entitled to a return here or there like anyone else. The issue arrises when you buy 50 or 100, and then decide "not profitable enough" and try to take them all back at once. That raises issues with retailers, messing up allocation and distribution of stock. A single return is pretty normal fare.

Thanks Zelgazra! I buy a lot of stuff at Costco every week (groceries etc) plus all my tires, some furniture, etc  I didn't feel one bit bad about taking my one BWE back  ;-)

I received a few BWE badly damaged boxes. Can you return in store?

Haven't had this issue with other lego Costco, only the BWE.

Yes, no hassle in-store returns.

Noticed that the Claas and BWE are $10 more online now.  With such great prices pre Black Friday I wonder what they might have planned this Friday.  What's the chances they will unload at 50% off in store? :)

Glad I managed to sneak another in earlier today.

Not sure if anyone here got the $10 promo code from costco that was handed out in stores today. I think the $10 jack up on BWE is to offset the $10 promo code. Glad I used it immediately rather than wait. :)

BWE ...

We're sorry, only 867 are available for item 1074264. Please adjust your quantity and try again.

WTF!!

Hahahaha I just saw that too. Whelp. don't have to worry about stock for that one for a while!

The last run I believe had over 300, like I mentioned several posts ago.  I don't know who is buying all these up this early.

Let's see how long they keep it at this price. I highly doubt there are really 800+ BWE available from costco. When the purchase is made, their ERP just triggers the purchase from Lego.

First Order Tie Fighter for $69.99... was it always this low?...

http://m.costco.ca/Lego00ae.png-Star-Wars-–-First-Order-Special-Forces-TIE-Fighter.product.100235375.html

They are RRSP $90, so thats about 23% off. I saw them at Canadian Tire for 30% off at the beginning of the year.   I struggled to flip them, selling most for $75-80 (I needed funds for Black friday madness)

I wouldn't bite at that price, IMHO.  The set isn't anything special (compared to the 500 other TIE fighter models).

42055 199$ costco online!

Given the inventory available, I was surprised with the price increase from 229 to 239.

If this lasts until Boxing Day i think BOGO is possible.

Just ordered another one. Pretty crazy price considering the $329 MSRP.

We're sorry, only 1837 are available for item 1074264. Please adjust your quantity and try again.

LOL!!

I have never seen Costco do any kind of BOGO promotion but that is A LOT of stock they have!

I think they slightly overestimated the demand :)

It was all resellers buying up the stock at the beginning, but resellers are pretty much full now!

The first two rounds I bought but was surprised they kept getting them in stock.  Prior history showed they didn't do that for other Technic sets so not sure if this is the new norm.

These will be popping up on kijiji for $240 soon!  ?

Hey folks, not sure if you need a reminder or not, but be sure to get a price match on the promo if you already bought. Costco is good like this, though I have never done it on x many of an item.

Saved myself $226 on a shed, just by keeping an eye on the price. They laughably made me rebuy and return time under the old receipt. But for $226, definitely worth it.

Costco.ca, always good for a smile...

You searched for "lego". Did you mean "leg"?

... and in case you were wondering they have 58 results for "leg"

I'm buying a few more and I'm pretty much full. :)

hehe ... it`s always tempting, but I will resist!

I have more than I normally would buy of any one item, so that's it for me, unless ....

If they really screwed up and have to liquidate them at 99.97, then I will jump all over that.

Woah... This is a fantastic bargain for Technic parts.

And it's time for me to ask Costco for a price adjustment on a bunch of 42055 purchased online for $229.99!

Was just checking sold listings. People are being suckered into this, and it bugs the crap out of me. What's the most appropriate report to make on a listing like this in regards to their various drop down menus?

http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Lego-Technic-Bucket-Wheel-Excavator-42055-info-on-how-to-buy-for-239-tax-/122244666435?hash=item1c76599443:g:eBwAAOSwLF1YBXHk <-- this is a sold item, but it's not the first time I've seen people doing this. Asking for future reference.

Hadn't grabbed any of these so far, but at that price it looks like the quick flip is a viable opportunity. Grabbed 2 to give it a go. They appear to be going at retail or just above fairly regularly. If folks hold to that price point we're all laughing!
