What are we thinking about the new possible castle/space knights/steampunk type line mentioned in the LEGO news section and over on Eurobricks? Debate over fantasy era type castle line blended with steam punk elements vs. a space knight type line blended with steam punk elements.

Count me as one of the dudes who doesn't quite understand what a "space knight" is exactly. Even after googling and reading some Wikis. Maybe someone else has some insight?

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that there's some truth to these rumors and that the new line (whatever it might be) will incorporate some Steampunk elements. I am a big fan. I have all TLM sets, and especially enjoy the sets like MSC and Castle Cavalry that have that look to them.

If true, I think it would go over very well with kids and a certain niche element of the AFOL community. Many Investors will probably hate it from day one.

Anyone else have any thoughts?

I read Space Knight and I think of this guy. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rom_(comics) probably not him, but that is where I go.

For me, a Steampunk line would be unfortunate if it took away from what was seemingly going to be a return to Fantasy Era.  Arguably the best Castle theme to date.  I do think some of the contraptions MOC'rs come up with in this realm are really cool, but I'd never buy them I don't think.  Same reason I don't have any Metalbeard ships.  If it turns out to be "space knights" like some of the anime stuff posted above, that would be the easiest pass for me since Galaxy Squad.

Rumor is confirmed that there will be a new Lego set for 2016, based off of an addicting mobile device game called Angry Birds. Still, the image and model number has yet to be issued. The source I found was Brickipedia.

LEGO Star Wars Droid Escape Pod - 75136

Description: Recreate epic scenes from Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope with this LEGO Droid Escape Pod with opening hatches, large engines at the back, space for 2 characters, and a detailed interior including a display showing the top-secret Death Star plans. Includes 3 minifigures: C-3PO and 2 Jawas, plus an R2-D2 Astromech Droid.

This will disrupt the price of these figs and is is awesome news for those working on a Jawa army.

That creator sandwich/hamburger stand looks pretty sweet--I know the size is massively different, but the color scheme puts it in line with DO. I also like the City Ferry.
