I've had one stuck in the mail. Sold almost all of mine around 49.99 or higher on ebay, but the last two coming will go for much less, oh well, this thing had an amazing little run that was totally worth it!

Prices are crashing on ebay. Couple went in the 30's.

Makes sense considering folks are still receiving these in the mail and apparently some are still finding them in lego shops.

Almost worth buying on ebay to sell on amazon :)

Don't be giving the secret away.  That is what I have been doing all week long...profitable....

Do it a little more. I could use less GBHs on Ebay, I don't care about Amazon. Buy all the low-ball competition!

Last 24hrs have seen sales in the $20's on eBay, while Amazon is holding strong at $55-$65. Not sure who's lowballing all these GBHs, but I'm going to see if there'll be some last minute panic this week .... otherwise my remaining two will stay in storage until next holiday season.

I sold my one for £25ish. I have to admit considering the amount for sale on Ebay UK, 400+ last week, I am surprised by such high prices.

I am struggling to sell the 40140 Flower carts from last year for £10.

I am having a lot more success selling the GBH and Train together. Can't hardly move them individually, but together is a totally different story.

I am thinking these should be good sellers next year. I don't know if we will reach the $80 on amazon  or the 50-60 on ebay.  But I would be willing to bet these will be in demand next holiday season.

I have seen prices plummet as of lately.  I think this is more due to the families that wanted one to go with their winter village had to get it asap.  And now there are not as many lookers for it.

Please don't tell me you're one of the sellers bundling two sets together and selling for what the GBH alone can bring?

In Europe these promo sets didn't sell like hotcakes like they did for you in the US. I couldn't get more than €20 for either the train or the GBH. That's less than $22 per set.

Maybe they'll do better before Christmas 2016. :)

Sales are picking up, UK eBay shows that in the last day sales of £30 and £40 has exchanged hands. Not bad for a freebie.

Yup. demand is poor here for Christmas sets in general so that theme has been wiped from my portfolio. Seems the UK is a bit better  pricewise, but shipping on these smal sets doesn´t add up.

When you actually find the rare buyer who wants Christmas stuff, time to unload it all!

Who can't sit on a freebe until next year.  Price should be a bit better then.

*Raises hand* - I am so impatient with Shop at Home promos.  I always sell them right away to cash out and make a discount on the items I purchased.

This is the first time I've actually not held the Christmas promos until the year after, but only because I sold all my Trains for £45 each, and the gingerbread houses for like £39 each on Amazon. I still have like 3 of each left which I will hold until next year, just to see how high it might get. Money wise these we're the most profitable promos to date.

I sold my GBH as soon as I got it for $50.  It sold in less than an hour.  I picked up a couple more of them on e-bay when the price dropped into the $20's.  I have no problem holding onto them until next year.

The gingerbread is starting to ripen again for the holidays.

Any magic number you're holding out for? I'm trying to get $50-$60 on Ebay ..... Sold one for mid-$40's a month ago.

I sold one for $65 FBA last week.

No, I'll keep hovering above the going rate until the first or second week of December.

I thought that was what I was doing last week, but "accidentally" sold 4 @ $65 through FBA. Not complaining though....
