Need advice: 180CAD for used 4195

Hi guys I need your advice.

A teenage boy is just entering his LEGO dark age and is selling his 4195, we reached a price of $180 CAD.

From the photos he offered the set missing some trivial pieces (hope so) but with all minifigures, without box, 2 instruction booklet are in good condition.

Should I bite?

    Pretty good deal. A complete used set can get as much as $250 usd.

    Seems like not a bad deal to sell quickly.... you could probably flip it for at least a 50% profit pretty easily this Xmas season. One just sold for $246 in Canada by auction ($210 after fees in seller's pocket). Before that one sold for $305 and only one other used one for sale right now.

    Not sure how much more legs it has as the used price has been bouncing up and down the last 12 months between 200 - 270 US and seems to settle around the $240 range.
